Postage
Postage rates apply to UK, IOM and Ireland. For international orders please contact us for details of the postage rate. We are not liable for import taxes or import duty on goods dispatched out side of the UK. This is the responsibility of the purchaser.
When an order has been received and processed we will contact you via email with the expected delivery time and tracking details where available.
If an order cannot be completed due to an item being out of stock, we will contact you with the details of the nearest delivery date and give you the option to cancel the order.

Returns
If you should need to return an item, please contact us via telephone or email quoting your invoice number within 5 days and we will provide the returns address and instructions. Items must be returned within 14 days in a new and unused condition within the original packaging and with a copy of the receipt. Please use a recorded and insured delivery service as we cannot be held responsible for items lost in transit. We cannot refund carriage costs on incorrect purchases and the buyer will be responsible for the original postage costs.
